Freelance placement through Heliox

What freelance placement involves

Heliox connects your organisation with self-employed professionals who are immediately available for an assignment. These tradespeople work entirely independently and bring their own tools, safety equipment and means of transport.

We take the administration off your hands: drawing up agreements, checking KvK registrations and monitoring invoicing and payment.

What it gives you

Professionals ready to deploy

Freelancers are often available immediately and can start quickly.

Independent and well equipped

Our self-employed professionals bring their own tools, protective clothing and the materials they need.

No employer's obligations

You make use of a freelancer's services without an employment contract or employer's charges.

Specialist knowledge and experience

Freelancers often have years of experience in their field, whether they are welders, mechanics or other technical specialists.

When freelance placement is a good fit

• Temporary projects with a fixed end date
• Cover for staff during illness or leave
• Seasonal peaks in the workload
• Specialist jobs that require specific expertise
