Payrolling through Heliox

Would you like to hand over your personnel administration while keeping control of the day-to-day management yourself? With payrolling, Heliox takes over the personnel administration, the payment of wages and the legal obligations. You focus on your core activities.

What payrolling is

With payrolling, your worker is formally employed by Heliox but continues to work under your day-to-day direction and supervision. Heliox becomes the legal employer and takes on all administrative obligations: payroll administration, contract management, wage payments, sick-leave arrangements and the payment of contributions and taxes.

You retain control over the recruitment, the selection and the day-to-day management of the worker.

What it gives you

No employer's risks
Heliox takes over legal employership and is responsible for wage payment, continued payment during illness and the payment of social security contributions.
Time savings
Heliox handles the personnel administration, from contract management to payslips and annual statements.
Flexible contracts
You work with flexible contract types and respond quickly to changes in your staffing needs.
Cost control
You have insight into the cost per worker in advance, with no unexpected expenses for sick leave or contributions.

When payrolling is a good fit

  • Temporary projects with fluctuating staffing needs
  • Start-up companies that want to take on staff quickly without complex administration
  • Companies that want to limit the risks surrounding sick leave
  • Organisations that want to offer flexible contract types

How it works

  1. Registering the workerYou recruit and select the worker you want to take on.
  2. Contract managementHeliox draws up an employment contract and formally takes the worker on.
  3. Day-to-day managementYou remain responsible for supervising, scheduling and directing the worker's activities.
  4. Payroll administrationHeliox handles the wage payments, holiday entitlement, sick leave and contribution payments.
  5. HandlingWe take care of the administrative processing, and you concentrate on running your business.

What payrolling costs

The cost is based on a conversion factor: a percentage of the worker's gross hourly wage. This percentage covers all administrative costs and employer's charges that Heliox takes on. As a result, you know what you pay per worker, with no hidden costs.
