How it works

1. IntroductionWe get to know your company in detail and discuss the role requirements and your wishes as an employer.
2. Recruitment and screeningWe deploy various recruitment channels, make use of our network and screen candidates carefully.
3. First interviewWe conduct a first interview with the candidate. If we are convinced of the match, we introduce the candidate to you.
4. Your choiceYou decide whether to invite the candidate for an introductory interview. If there is a connection, you take them on. If not, we continue the search.

What recruitment & selection costs

Heliox works on a no cure, no pay basis. You pay only when we have found a suitable candidate who is actually employed by your organisation.

You pay a one-off fee, the placement fee. This is a percentage of the candidate's gross annual salary. The amount depends on, among other things, the complexity of the role and the scarcity in the labour market. We discuss the percentage and the cost in advance, so you know where you stand.
