Temporary staffing through Heliox

Do you need extra staff at short notice without committing to a lengthy recruitment process? Whether you are looking for people for temporary projects, busy periods or a permanent flexible workforce, we make sure your vacancies are filled quickly. When the work is finished or the project ends, we guide the worker towards a suitable new assignment.

What temporary staffing involves

With temporary staffing, Heliox formally employs the worker and makes them available to your company. Heliox is responsible for the contract and the payroll administration and carries the risk in the event of illness or absence of the worker. You provide the day-to-day supervision and assign the work.

When temporary staffing is a good fit

Temporary staffing needs
During busy periods, seasonal work or temporary assignments, you bring in extra staff to cope with the workload.
Cover for absences
When permanent staff are temporarily unavailable due to illness or leave, you bring in a temporary worker without entering into long-term obligations.
Extra expertise
When specific knowledge is missing from your team, you bring it in on a temporary basis.
Trial period with new staff
You bring someone in on a temporary basis without immediately offering a permanent contract. If it works out, you can take the worker on permanently later.
Flexibility in your workforce
You respond quickly to changes in the market or peaks in the workload.
Less administration
We handle the payroll processing, the payment of wages during illness and the payment of taxes and contributions.

Temporary staffing or secondment

The main difference lies in the degree of certainty for the client and the worker.

Temporary staffing
Maximum flexibility. You pay only for the hours worked by the temporary worker. When the assignment ends, you can part ways with the worker.
Secondment
We agree in advance on the duration of the assignment and the number of hours. Even if there is less work or the assignment ends earlier, the worker remains employed in line with the agreements made.

What temporary staffing costs

The cost depends on, among other things, the gross hourly wage of the worker and how scarce the profile is in the market. Heliox works with a conversion factor: a percentage you pay on top of the temporary worker's gross hourly wage, or a fixed rate.

You pay only for the hours actually worked, and a no cure, no pay guarantee always applies. You pay only once the worker has started and meets your requirements. If we do not find a suitable candidate, you pay nothing.
