Do you like working outdoors, do you have technical insight and experience working from an aerial platform? Then you contribute in a professional team to well-lit and safe streets, neighbourhoods and public spaces in Arnhem. You are responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing public lighting in Arnhem and the surrounding area.
What you will do
- Installing, replacing and maintaining public lighting fixtures.
- Working from an aerial platform.
- Locating and resolving faults.
- Connecting and replacing electrical components and LED lighting.
- Checking and testing lighting installations.
- Working according to the applicable safety regulations.
What you bring
- Proven experience as a public lighting technician or in a comparable role.
- Experience operating an aerial platform.
- Electrical knowledge and technical insight.
- Driving licence B; licence C is an advantage.
- VCA safety certificate, or willing to obtain it.
- Knowledge of NEN 3140 and BEI is an advantage.
- You work independently and accurately.
- You speak Dutch or clearly understandable English.
