Are you an experienced welder / fitter with a passion for shipbuilding and mechanical challenges? You join a professional team working on ship repair and construction projects in Arnhem. You are responsible for welding and fitting work on ships and steel constructions.
What you will do
- MIG/MAG and stick welding on steel structures and ship parts.
- Reading and working from technical drawings.
- Assembling, fitting and aligning metal components.
- Inspecting welds and ensuring high quality standards.
- Working safely and keeping the workplace clean and organised.
What you bring
- Experience in shipyard or heavy industrial welding or fitting.
- You read technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and welding techniques.
- Basic English skills (B1).
- Independent, accurate and team-oriented.
What we offer you
- €700 net per week based on 40 hours.
- Overtime possible.
- Own car allowance: €0.23 per km.
